Effective psychotherapy is a journey undertaken together with the right therapist.
Therefore when you contact me, we would arrange an appointment to meet for an initial free 30 minute consultation to talk about what brings you to seek therapy, the reasons leading up to it and how you envisage the future. Once you have explored your options and if we decide to work together, we will see each other weekly, either for short term counselling or a longer period of open-ended psychotherapy.
